She is a multimillion-dollar producer licensed in 4 states. TX. AL. CA. and Florida. Debra has had her Brokers license and held her general contractors license for a number of years. She built Multimillion dollar homes in both CA and AL. up until the crash in 2008 when she decided to focus on the sales end rather than the building end of business. She is a CLHMS Graduate of The LUXURY HOME Marketing Institute. As well as a certified home stager. She holds accreditations as a CSP Construction Sale Professional, ABR Accredited Buyers Representative and is a Cartus Military Relocation expert. Debra has extensive knowledge in Construction, Real Estate and Mortgage Finance. She has a number of years of Mortgage Banking experience. She managed GMAC mortgage for over 4 years. And stays current on all the latest technology trends in Real Estate sales, Design and financing topics.

Debra comes from a military family background; she was born in Germany. Her mother was German and and her father was from North Alabama. She lived all over the world moving an average of every two years. Moving the way she did and the stress that can go along with trying to sell a home and find another one in what may be an unknown area gave her a keen understanding of relocation and what goes along with it.

Debra has been vacationing on The Emerald Coast for over 30 years and knew she would eventually live here. She her husband Bryan and their mascot Madison (Gold Retriever) moved to Destin in June 2025. After seeing all the growth happening on 30A and PCB made the move again just recently and are so excited to have joined the Military Vet Team at LPT Realty.
