Joel was one of three realtors I interviewed. His enthusiasm for the job was what sold me right away. He was knowledgeable about the area market and realistic in his recommendations. Since I was at a distance, he and his team handled a fair amount of the preparation coordination.When it came time to sell, he was able to negotiate a sale price 4 percent over asking. That may not sound like much, but it covered almost all of his commission. We were so impressed with her preparation and knowledge, we signed her, over several other local realtors. We also signed with her as a buyers agent. Sometime in February I was sitting at home with my wife browsing a real estate app on my phone when a property I liked popped up. I contacted the agent whose name came up on the list. That agent was Svetlana (LANA). Lana has been a pleasure to deal with. When you are located in NYC and buying a CONDO 1200 miles away over the phone things can get messy, but it was not in my case, it was super easy.
